Please note items below are per-unit as a guide; a discount is applied for multiple items. Treatment plans are costed and agreed between parties prior to commencement. A written treatment plan is included in our initial consultation.
We are a fee-per-service private clinic. We kindly ask that payments are made for each appointment as they are completed. We accept cash, cheque and all major credit & debit cards. A receipt is always issued at the end of each treatment session.
Many of the procedures we provide (e.g. implant crowns, bridges etc) qualify for tax relief at the standard rate (20%).
At the end of treatment we will provide and help complete a Med 2 form for you which you may use to claim your tax relief.
We would ask for at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
